Bagpipe Lullaby Offers Hope Amid Texas Hill Country Flood Recovery

After the devastating floods in the Texas Hill Country, many first responders have contributed to rescue and cleanup efforts. But one DPS trooper found a unique way to bring comfort to the community,  through the haunting melodies of his bagpipe lullaby.
