Managers at Missouri City senior living facility meet with residents, discuss broken elevator delays

Residents at the Jubilee Living facility were able to address management directly over an issue leading up to an elevator being broken for months. While the elevators have been fixed, residents are still upset over why it took so long to be corrected.
