Texas woman Sarah Hartsfield accused of husband's murder appears in court

Sarah Hartsfield, the Chambers County woman accused of killing her husband with a fatal dose of insulin, returned to court Friday for a pre-trial hearing. Prosecutors say she delayed calling 911 after ignoring low-blood sugar alerts from a health app, and plan to introduce evidence of 19 extraneous offenses.
