Woman accused of scamming victims by pretending to flee abuse

Houston police are asking for the public’s help locating 40-year-old Joanna Knight, who is accused of scamming at least a dozen people out of thousands of dollars. Investigators say she pretended to be fleeing a domestic violence situation to gain sympathy and financial help.
