Houston animal shelter targeted in break-in, caught on camera

Houston police are investigating a break-in at the “Friends For Life” animal rescue and shelter in The Heights. Surveillance video shows a man breaking into the shelter on 22nd Street. This isn’t the first time the shelter has been hit.
