Texas City Mayor says he’s not a ‘dictator,’ responds to ongoing recall effort

Texas City Mayor Dedrick Johnson is responding to an ongoing petition to recall him from his position in elected office. The citizen-led effort was filed in Galveston County by resident Joshua McMeekin last week.
