Texas lawmakers to discuss youth camp safety during upcoming legislature

Crime Stoppers of Houston's CEO had spearheaded an effort years ago to bring more oversight to youth camps. That effort wasn't as successful as they hoped. In light of these floods, the organization will once again ask lawmakers to take a closer look at the issue.
