Houston-born camp director killed in Hill Country floods

 Jane Ragsdale, the director of Heart O’ the Hills Camp was among the Houston-natives' lives claimed by the devastating flood in Central Texas. She was  described as the “heart and soul” of the camp, was a beloved leader who taught generations of girls life skills and leadership.
