Candyman Accomplice Elmer Wayne Henley Faces Parole Decision

Elmer Wayne Henley represents one of the darkest periods in our city's history. He helped the so-called "Candyman" lure, torture, and kill at least 28 boys and young men. Despite the horror of his crime, Henley is up for parole later this year.
