Houston Chef wins 2025 James Beard award for Best Chef

Spring, Texas, isn’t exactly the first place that comes to mind when you think of a James Beard Award, but that changed this week when Thomas Bille took home one of the culinary world’s most prestigious honors: Best Chef: Texas.
