Former Harris County D.A. Kim Ogg could be held in contempt over Nungaray case statements

A court hearing was held Thursday for former Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg. There has been a push to hold her in contempt of court because of sensitive information she revealed in statements about the Jocelyn Nungaray murder case.
