Jeep Stuck on METRO Rail Tracks Near University of Houston Downtown

Breaking this morning: METRO Police are investigating how a Jeep SUV became stuck on the METRO rail tracks near the University of Houston Downtown campus. The vehicle has been on the tracks since 3:30 AM, and Sky 2 captured footage of the scene earlier.
