Billboards launched in Houston for Missing Children’s Day campaign (Part 2)

A press conference was held ahead of National Missing Children’s Day to launch a new billboard campaign in Houston for Devine Tollett, who’s been missing since 2018. The digital billboards will display Devine’s photo over 1,200 times a day for the next month, aiming to generate new leads in her case. The effort is a partnership between Texas Center for the Missing, Clear Channel Outdoor, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
