Former Woodlands Mall security guard charged with secretly recording children arrested again

A former Woodlands Mall security guard who was charged in Montgomery County with invasive visual recording and indecency with a child by exposure was arrested and charged in Galveston for allegations he secretly recorded a child who was with their family on the beach.
