Liberty Co. officials to build animal shelter at no cost to taxpayers

Advocates say they're optimistic after officials in Liberty County voted to move forward with an animal shelter complete with animal control. This comes after dozens of residents reached out to KPRC 2 about vicious dogs in the area.
