Sen. Carol Alvarado speaks on symbolic resolution for pedestrian bridge

Tuesday, the Texas Senate will vote on a symbolic resolution urging Houston City Council to build a pedestrian bridge. State Senator Carol Alvarado authored the resolution and spoke to KPRC 2's Rilwan Balogun about it.
