Small plane lands on road after mid-air emergency in East Houston

A small plane made an emergency landing on a road in East Houston after losing power mid-flight. The pilot and trainee, coming from West Houston Airport, landed safely without hitting anything or causing injuries. Authorities responded around 9 p.m. tonight.
