3 workers injured in scaffolding accident at Chevron Pasadena facility

Three workers fell 25 feet from scaffolding at Chevron’s facility in Pasadena this afternoon. One was seriously injured and airlifted by LifeFlight, while the others were transported by ambulance. Investigators are working to determine the cause of the accident.
