City of Houston honors former mayor Sylvester Turner with public viewing today at City Hall

Houston is honoring the life and legacy of former Mayor Sylvester Turner with a public viewing at City Hall today. Residents can pay their respects from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. before he is honored at the Texas State Capitol later this week.
