Harris County DA admits mistakes in handling UH assault case

Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare admitted to a communication breakdown that led to the release of Eric Latroy Brown, a suspect in a sexual assault at the University of Houston. Brown, charged with aggravated sexual assault and robbery, was initially detained for resisting arrest and assaulting an officer.
