Breaking news: Charges dismissed in Harding Street raid case

Within the last hour, we've learned that the DA's office dismissed 17 charges against eight Houston police officers involved in the deadly Harding Street raid. The new DA stated that there was "insufficient evidence" to move the cases forward.
