Attorney representing HPD officers responds to dismissed charges

Eight Houston police officers faced several charges related to a botched raid on Harding Street. Now, several charges against these officers have been dropped. Attorney Lisa Andrews who represents two of the officers responds to news that their charges have been dropped.
