Roadside memorial on I-10 frontage road damaged; family outraged

A roadside memorial created in honor of Clayton Vaughn was found burned and badly damaged. The memorial on the I-10 frontage road near Campbell is located near the spot he died almost two years ago. He was killed after a loose tire hit the windshield of the vehicle he was in.
