Defendants to pay $50,000 in multimillion-dollar waterline repair scam

One of seven defendants in a massive waterline repair scam will pay back $50,000 as part of plea deals in a bribery and corruption case. Investigative reporter Amy Davis was in court as four defendants accepted their deals in the "DRAINED" series.
