Ex-Houston Housing Authority leader who resigned amid investigation lands new job

The now-former Houston Housing Authority CEO, David Northern, who left his job after a KPRC 2 investigation uncovered questionable contract dealings, has landed himself a new job. Northern has been named the CEO of the Flint Housing Commission in Michigan.
