Video appears to show Liberty County officials mocking animal advocates, media

During a Tuesday meeting of the Liberty County Commissioners Court, animal advocates were back to urge officials to build an animal shelter and to create an animal services department. However, video from the meeting showed two officials appearing to mock or joke about the issue.
