BARC, Houston PetSet team up to help keep pets warm during cold snap

As temperatures drop, BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions is stepping up to help pet owners ensure their furry friends are safe and warm. In partnership with Houston PetSet, BARC is hosting a one-day event offering free dog houses and straw to City of Houston residents to help protect pets from the elements.
