KPRC 2 speaks to Liberty County animal rescue volunteers as stray dog issues continue in the area

Two people who volunteer to help rescue and rehouse some of those strays say the scope of the problem also includes people dumping unwanted dogs, and dogs that may have been shot or run over and are now suffering.
