Family of man charged in double murder claims deaths could have been prevented

The family of Kendrick Fisher, the man accused of killing his sister, Genene, and her two-year-old daughter, Karlie, claims that the tragic deaths could have been avoided. Fisher, who is facing charges of capital murder, allegedly stabbed both victims at their West Houston apartment last week.
