New faces in Sunnyside work to build a stronger community

Sunnyside is experiencing a wave of renewed civic engagement as passionate volunteers step up to address the neighborhood's challenges. Led by Melanie Young, who reactivated the Sunnyside Super Neighborhood, and joined by residents like Cavesha Fleming, Patrick Ashiru, and Derrick Fleming, the movement focuses on collaboration, fresh ideas, and community pride.
