Concerned residents ask City of Conroe for transparency, compassion in treatment of shelter animals

A group of concerned citizens paid for a half page ad to run in Sunday’s edition of the Conroe Courier, asking Mayor Duke Coon to hire trained personnel to run the city’s shelter.
