Texas expected to have Michelin Guide, which Houston restaurants will make the list?

Every year, Michelin's secret inspectors rate hotels and restaurants around the world. Now for the first time, Texas will have its own Michelin Guide, featuring Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Fort Worth. The winners of these coveted stars will be revealed during a ceremony at 713 Music Hall.
