From grass to turf: Woodlands Township park renovations leaving unwanted rubber in neighborhood

The notice gives the construction site 48 hours to apply a lining to capture loose sediment and rubber pellets. The rubber pellets are being used to make a turf field that once was a grass field, a change that families are not happy about.
