Bail denied for suspect accused of killing woman in Northwest Harris County

Christopher Braziel appeared briefly in court before waiving his right to a hearing. Charged with capital murder in the death of Heather Smith, Braziel is accused of using a firearm with an extended magazine. Evidence from surveillance videos helped identify him. The judge denied bond.
