3 Victims identified in Cypress house fire: Arson and murder investigations underway

Authorities in Cypress are investigating a tragic incident where three people were found dead inside a burning home on Plains River Drive in the Cypress Mill Park community. The victims have been tentatively identified as Kelly Masciarelli, her son Kolin Foster, and his girlfriend Cameryn Richard.
