Greenspoint Mall may be gone, but new affordable housing, retails and restaurants are on the way

Greenspoint Mall opened in August of 1976 to great fanfare. By the late 80s, the mall had expanded, and with the big footprint and all of the big names in retail, found a home at Greenspoint Mall on Houston’s northside.
