Catching up with Houston singer and actress Christina Wells

Christina Wells recently stopped by Houston Life to catch up with Tessa Barrera. The Houston-based actress and singer is currently starring as Medda Larkin in Disney’s “Newsies” at Theatre Under the Stars. We first got to know the powerhouse vocalist when she was a semi-finalist on America’s Got Talent in 2018, and then again when she took on the role of Matron “Mama” Morton during the nationwide tour of “Chicago.” Besides acting and music, she’s also creating and selling her own custom clothing designs.
