Houston comedians coming together to ‘Stand Up for Pets’

Finding affordable veterinary care for pets can be a real challenge. Emancipet, a 501c3 nonprofit veterinary clinic network, is dedicated to helping make veterinary care more affordable and accessible for all Houston pet families. They’ve teamed up with local comedians for a fun night of comedy that gives back. “Stand Up for Pets” is happening Wednesday, May 22 at Improv Houston. General admission tickets are $10 each and VIP tickets are $15 each. Comedian Dave Lawson will kick off the show, and then headliner Marcus D. Wiley will keep the laughs coming. The event will be hosted by Keisha Hunt and KPRC 2 meteorologist, Justin Stapleton. All ticket proceeds benefit Emancipet.
