Senate Bill 17: Restricting Land Purchases by National Security Threats Moves Forward

A bill aimed at preventing land purchases by buyers from countries designated as national security threats is advancing towards becoming law. Senate Bill 17 has passed the state Senate and will now be reviewed by the full House.
