Cool breeze kicks off spring in Houston, but fire danger looms

Spring has officially arrived in Houston! But instead of warm weather, we’re getting cooler temperatures and a fire weather warning from the National Weather Service. Meteorologist Justin Stapleton explains what’s ahead for Houston’s spring.
