Robbery caught on camera in Fifth Ward raises concerns for homeowner

 A robbery inside a Fifth Ward home was caught on camera, but the homeowner is frustrated with the lack of progress in the investigation. While away in Texas City on February 12, she received an alarming call from her home alarm company and watched live footage of intruders ransacking her home.
