Connecticut wins top cheese at U.S. Championship contest

Wisconsin may be the dairy capital of the world, but this year’s top cheese comes from Connecticut! For the second year in a row, an aged gouda from Connecticut took first place at the 2025 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest held in Wisconsin.
