‘This place should be shutdown:’ Property owners ‘abandoned’ SE Houston apartment complex, city said

A spokesperson for the Department of Neighborhoods tells KPRC 2 the property owner of the Arlington Place Apartments in southeast Houston is abandoning the complex.
