Missing mail and package delays continue to cause problems for people in the Houston area

On Thursday, customer Laura Lopez shared her frustration with KPRC 2 reporter Re’Chelle Turner. Laura ran into Turner at the post office on Little York Road in north Houston and talked about how a package of hers has been delayed since Jan. 9.
