Texas Gov. Abbott orders state flags lowered to half-staff for victims killed in Israel-Hamas war

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has ordered state flags to be lowered to half-staff as a sign of honor and respect for the more than 2,000 victims killed in the Israel-Hamas War.
