One victim was later identified as 29-year-old Gerardo Filomeno. Filomeno’s wife Ashley spoke to KPRC about her husband. “He was the sweetest, he was the nicest. He was the type that if you met him, you didn’t feel like you just met him because he was a people person,” Ashley said.
