Uplift Harris program now accepting applications through February 2

The application opens Jan. 12 at 9 a.m. and closes on Feb. 2 at 11:59 p.m. Over 1,900 eligible households in select ZIP codes can register to receive $500 a month for 18 months starting as early as March.
