Houston Crimestoppers to host holiday memorial tree ceremony for families of crime victims

This Saturday, December 9th, Crime Stoppers of Houston along with Parents of Murdered Children are commemorating homicide victims. Family members will place personalized ornaments of loved ones on a tree, which will remain on display throughout the holiday season.
