Suspected gunman turns himself in after shooting man to death inside Bombshells restaurant in east Harris Co.

The gunman accused of shooting a man inside the Bombshells Restaurant in east Harris County Monday night has surrendered to deputies, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
