Family, friends honor HPD Officer William ‘Bill’ Jeffrey during funeral service at Grace Church

Family, friends and the Houston Police Department gathered Monday to honor Senior Officer William “Bill” Jeffrey, who was shot and killed in the line of duty on Sept. 20, 2021.
